 62 Falconer Bay To Whom It May Concern: The writer of this letter, whose biographic summary is attached, strongly believes that Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh is a genius, an exceptional religious teacher and a spiritual leader who, in his field, is comparable to the physicist and philosopher Albert Einstein. As Albert Einstein expanded the limits of the field of physics, so Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh is expanding the limits of the human possibilities. The writer has come in contact with Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh through his many books, audio and video tapes. This material, while embracing the wisdom of all the world’s great religions, contains a psychological approach to the problems of life and ’’Religion" which are different, modern, unique, non-sectarian and easily understandable by anyone who is willing to apply. His view of love and relationship, child-rearing, human potential, spiritual search while living in the world are so startling, new and simple that only a genius with his awareness could have conceived them. He is elevating the consciousness of the world to the highest peaks ever possible for humanity. I have personally read and carefully examined the following books by Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh:
I have also personally visited, for 15 days, the City of Rajneeshpuram in Oregon, U.S.A, during the Second International Festival in July, 1983. This City is the living witness of Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh’s creative mind. The ecological principles used in the building and the running of the life in this City indicate that Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh’s teaching spreads into many different areas and not only ’’Religion". The life in this City is a living example for humanity.’ I am not a disciple of Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh to date; I am an outsider who has critically looked at the work of this man and has remained most impressed.
