Information about their collection of these letters and other supporting material -- the "Jeffrey Noles Rajneesh Collection", named for Osho's immigration lawyer Jeffrey Noles, who compiled them in 1983 and donated them to the OHS -- can be found at this page. The wiki is grateful to the OHS for making access available for these documents. For more information and links to all the letters, see Testimonial letters.

Dear Sir,

I am actually 29, MD, graduate from Lausane University Medical School, Switzerland in 1978. Then I began working in the surgery department, Yyerdon Hospital, with Dr. Loup. After three periods in general medicine, I have been a resident physician and responsible for the medical organization of the "Centre de Cure Biologique: in Le Noirmont, Switzerland. Finally, I actually worked in Clinic "La Praire", specialized in cellular therapy (Prof. Niehaus Method), which has an extended renown all around the world, supported by Prof. Christian Barnard, well known leader in cardiac surgery.

I have come across Bhagwan's teaching through books, then by visiting Him in His ashram in Poona, India in 1980. This experience has deeply transformed my life, in a way to live it with more acceptance and understanding of myself and others. In my private life as well as professional work, His teaching has been of great value to solve daily problems, and to help patients to feel better physically and psychologically. Through His work, I have come across a new concept of medicine, as a real art of healing, in fact what it should be. To consider the person as a whole, and sickness as a disharmony between man and the cosmos. And to keep in mind that as a doctor, I can only try to make people more aware of the mistakes they do every day, that keep them miserable and suffering.

As far as I can experience, it seems that Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh, through His being and teaching, is bringing now on the Earth, a totally new approach of life, based on love and awareness, which will radically change and incredibly enrich the way of life we now know. As His teaching gives much emphasis to personal creativity, the fields of Art and Sciences will be the first concerned by this improvement. In fact everything (social, political, business, technology) will benefit from Bhagwan's teaching, as His whole effort is to show us how to live life in joy and creativity, what godliness is.
