To whom it may concern,

My name is Roy William Townsend, a 34 year old Englishman who immigrated to Australia in November 1970, I commenced employment with Mental Health Services, a Western Australian Government department on 26 November 1973 as a student mental health nurse becoming state registered after three years training and have remained in continuous employment with that department. For the past three years I've worked as a community are nurse.

I find Bhagwan's teaching exceptional in the field of psychiatry and psychology and helps me in my relationship with my patents, collegues and personal life.

I first heard Bhagwan's teaching while attending an awareness group in November 1980. While not a sannyasin I continue to read his books, watch video tapes and listen to cassette tapes of his discourses.

Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh is internationaly recognised as an exceptional spiritual teacher/leader and I request that he be gromted the right to permanant residence in the U.S.A.

Yours faithfully,
[signed]
