TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I, Eike Bargheer, am 45 years old and have been a soldier in the German Federal Armed Forces for the past 25 years. I am a military officer, my status is Lieutenant Colonel. Until recently I was a company leader and always dealt with many people, most of them young, who I had to teach, to lead and to train.

Since 2 years I have been a sannyasin, a disciple and follower of Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh. I am following his teaching and practice the meditations he has developed. Both help me to manage my profession in an easier way because through him I have become a more contented and happier person. In many of his lectures Bhagwan has spoken about peace. Through him I feel the deep necessity to preserve the peace amongst man in the way as I do it as an army officer and which I can do even better now.
