Dipl. Agr. Ing. Thomas Schneider
Hauptstrasse 208
6900 Heidelberg
West - Germany
17.7.1983

To whom it may concern,

as a diplom - engineer of agriculture I am dealing with the various problems of growing crops and producing food for the increasing population in the third world.

Since I had been studying at Justus - Liebig University in Giessen, West - Germany, I was in touch with the teachings and the philosophy of Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh.

In his books I found many solutions for the grave problems humanity is facing. His help for our work to prevent a desaster in the near future by finding a way free of ideologies and adapted to the fundamental needs of the population in the less developed countries is really immense, because his philosophy helps me to get a clear view at the problems and to find the essential points of my work.

A few weeks ago ray workteam was invited to a center of the Rajneesh religion to watch a video-tape about the agriculture which is developed in Rajneeshpuram, Oregon. The most impressing thing for me was, that ancient-known methods of biological agriculture are combined with highmodern technology, which is making agriculture more effective by lowering the input of chemicals and fertilizer.

For America has the key-position for the resolution of the worldwide agriculture problem I highly recommand to the United States to accept the help which Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh is offering.

Yours sincerely
