Shailendra's e-book has another sequence of chapters, although titles of them are the same (on the left - the e-book, on the right - chapters from TOC above):

All the editions on the main page except the 2003 Rebel edition divide the thirteen discourses into two sections, the first having eight and the second five, per the TOC below. The Rebel edition has the same chapter titles, just without the sectioning.

There are some small variations in details reported by different booksellers for a couple of the editions, as follows: The OMI edition is sometimes attributed to Rebel, and the pub year is sometimes 2010 and sometimes 2012. And the Divyansh paperback edition has two pub dates as well, 2011 and 2013.
