Title more or less literally means, "I Teach Death." Chapters 3 - 9 are given at a meditation camp in Dwarka, GJ. The other eight chapters are given in Bombay, the first two shortly after the Dwarka camp. Motilal edition have chorological order of chapters, i.e. at first Dwarka camp, then two in Bombay, then rest in Bombay in next year.

Chapter 1 previously published as Samund Samana Bund Mein (समुंद समाना बुंद में), ch.7 (Motilal editions).

Chapter 9 of Motilal ed. and ch.2 of 1991 published also as ch.6 of Ghat Bhulana Bat Binu (घाट भुलाना बाट बिनु) and as ch.2 of Kranti-Nad (क्रान्ति-नाद), although in both them missing beginning.

First two events (ch.8-9 in Motilal editions) were first published in Gujarati translation as Jivan Ane Mrtyu (જીવન અને મૃત્યુ) in Nov 1969, before its publication in Hindi. These two public discourses in Bombay were organised by Mrudulaben Vinodbhai Mehta in respect of her died father-in-law Mr. Chunilal Bhaichand Mehta, a well-known businessman. These two chapters may be previous published in Hindi as Jeevan Aur Mrityu (जीवन और मृत्यु). These two chapters have been translated separately as The Mysteries of Life and Death.

The 7 camp-discourses have been translated into English as And Now, And Here, Vol 1 and the other 8 ones as And Now, And Here, Vol 2.
