Dhyan Sutorius worked as a GP, ship's doctor and dermatologist. He led laughing meditations since 1978, at many congresses and meetings.
In 1985 he started the ‘Centrum ter Bevordering van het Lachen’ (Centre for the Promotion of Laughter).
He gave lectues and laughter workshops.
