Shailendra has showed up with some info on this talk. He says it is discourse #21 of Dekh Kabira Roya (देख कबीरा रोया). Could use some confirmation but that talk is available in audio and could be compared with the translation in the CD-ROM. doofus-9 06:58, 12 January 2017 (UTC)

Well, i downloaded the discourse (from Osho World) and listened to it. Osho in the first sentence uses while talking in Hindi the English phrase "Where are the Gandhians?" and then continues talking a lot about Gandhi. So i'd say Shailendra is correct.  --Rudra (talk) 11:44, 12 January 2017 (UTC)

Um, it should have stayed at "Gandhians." This is a common mistake. Even in the CDROM/Database there is a listing in the appendix (Titles to Minititles section) for: Where Are the Ghandians -- GHANDI and Where Are the Gandhians -- GANDHI, but GHANDI doesn't function as a search limiter, nor is there actual text or anything else for "Where Are the Ghandians." (Check out also google autocomplete ... As you type G H A N, it's already strongly suggesting gandhi, even though Ghana and derivatives are a legitimate possibility. Google recognises common mistakes.) Sarlo (talk) 06:57, 8 December 2013 (PST)
