- Meditation is no longer a pastime, but a way of life. At work, play, in heavy traffic, walking, loving, even eating, it is possible to meditate. Doctors are now finding that meditation has a direct effect on the health, sleep and longevity. It has therefore a direct effect also on our happiness.
