- One of the earliest books about Osho.
- The book starts:
- Rajneesh is not a man of our times. he belongs to futurity.
- A modern Socrates he is, coninually travelling the length and breadth of this country, holding meetings and discussions at street corners and parks, in auditoriums and palace halls. His discourses have been a source of anxiety to local leaders wherever he camps. National sociologists and moral vanguards frown upon his philosophy of life, his revision of religion in New Light and the insistent demand for a change at all the levels of life and society.
- His exposition of truths --or rather the Truth-- is universal, revolutionary and modern. It is simple but heart piercing, with an acute awareness of the limitations of an average mind. Endowed with an innate capacity to put the profoundest thoughts and ‘no-thoughts’ into the simplest possible terms has been a forte of his immense popularity and the followings. The fact the the impact is that of a live wire is altogether a different matter. But, it also proves his face to face conviction of Reality, of the first magnitude.
