Reader of the sutra: Ma Yoga Taru, also chanting.
English part:
The sutra
This is the invocation of shantipath:
Aum, let the sun be beneficent to us.
Let Varuna be beneficent to us.
Let Arya be beneficent to us.
Let Indra and Brahaspati be beneficent to us.
Let Vishnu be beneficent to us.
Salutation to that supreme, the Brahman.
O air, salutations unto you,
For you are the immediate Brahman, the supreme.
I shall call thee alone, the immediate Brahman.
I shall also call thee ritam and satyam, the law and the reality.
Let them protect me, let them protect that acharya, the teacher.
Aum shanti, shanti, shanti.
