I propose to keep the video frame, as that gives good context info: that the picture is a screen capture from a video, the title of the video / event, and the exact time of the frame in the video. --Sugit (talk) 14:11, 16 July 2018 (UTC)
no, two reasons:
1) it is very ugly
2) it makes searching impossible.
- place the info under the file. i'll make a screen capture template that contains all relevant info about the capture.
- video title
- video source/location
- time
btw a super idea to utilize video captures where we don't have photos !! --Rudra 15:23, 16 July 2018 (UTC)
