For lovers of Nature :In the midle of nowhere,4km away from the village of Cuacos de Yuste,a place where King Charles I of Spain and V of Germany chose its monastery to spend his last years. | |||
Los Fresnos de VASANT,(a name OSHO gave me in the seventies to open a center in Madrid). In Gredos, the northen hills of Caceres, in Spain, halfway between Madrid and Portugal. A paradise. 10 ha of woods, praries, fruit trees in terraces, with a river, two ponds and springs. Only the sound of birds and the running water are heard. A rural retreat centre where we offer luxury accommodation for tourist in 4 selfsufficient appartments,with a double bed room,sitting room,kitchen and bathroom,with capacity for two or four persons each.There are also meditation halls available in another buiding in the same farm,where ocasionally we celebrate meditation and massage courses under the vision of OSHO. We have a lot of books of themes relating to the land,holistic therapies, as well as selfgrowth,and Osho, mostly in English. | |||
For groups and seminars the Center offers a 80 sqm and 50 sqm group rooms and 22 acres of beautiful land,recreated under the images of the Ashram, for outside activities.we offer also a modest acomodation in the nearbyhouse where we live. | |||
We welcome guests on retreat and/or work exchange. | |||
