Mahaveer-Vani, Bhag 3 (महावीर-वाणी, भाग 3)

Osho has given many series of discourses on Mahaveer. There are three volumes of Mahaveer Vani, all available in audio. Osho's other Mahaveer-themed series are Mahaveer: Meri Drishti Mein (महावीर : मेरी दृष्टि में), Mahaveer Ya Mahavinash (महावीर या महाविनाश), Jin-Sutra, Bhag 1 (जिन-सूत्र, भाग एक) (4 volume set), Jin-Sutra, Bhag 2 (जिन-सूत्र, भाग दो) (4 volume set), Jin-Sutra, Bhag 3 (जिन-सूत्र, भाग तीन) (4 volume set), Jin-Sutra, Bhag 4 (जिन-सूत्र, भाग चार) (4 volume set) and Jyon Ki Tyon Dhari Dinhi Chadariya (ज्यों की त्यों धरि दीन्हीं चदरिया). As well, there is a compilation volume, Mahaveer: Parichay Aur Vani (महावीर : परिचय और वाणी).

The discourses of all three Mahaveer Vani volumes were given at Patkar Hall in Bombay, in three successive years at the time of Paryushan, a big annual Jain festival.

Note that there are two ways in which Mahaveer Vani's three years of discourses, 54 in all, have been amalgamated in books. This page is about the third of three volumes having 18 talks each, and containing all the discourses given in the third year of the MV talks, 1973. Likely the only time it was published as such was in 1976.

Since then, the 54 MV talks have also been compiled into two volumes having 27 talks each. The Bhag 3 talks appear in the second volume of that set, Mahaveer-Vani, Bhag 2 (महावीर-वाणी, भाग 2) ver 1.5. See discussion for more on all these arrangements and sources.
