Developed in May 1988 this meditation is a week-long program of gibberish, followed by silent watching. It is also used as a short meditation led by Osho.
In the daily discourses, on 26 May 1988 the Let-Go Meditation changes into the No-Mind Meditation. See Live Zen ~ 17. Osho would lead this meditation after all of his discourses from then on.
