My journey began when I read Osho's "The Zen Manifesto" in the early nineties. I practice Zazen regularly. I am also a disciple of Zen teacher AMA Samy (Harada-Yasutani lineage) since 2009. I also train in Gurdjieff Sacred Dances and Mevlevi order Sufi Whirling.
If there was a theme to my life, it would be self-mastery. I have experience in Osho meditations, Sufi whirling, Zen and Gurdjieff Movement. Recently I have started practicing Yoga and Tai Chi.

My other passion is Trekking.
I am a honest, responsible, committed, simple, systematic, and intuitive person. On the down side, I can be shy and sensitive.

I love the outdoors and trek regularly. The most memorable trek has been the south west coastal walk in England, followed by trekking in Ladakh.
