Sw Samarpan David has been a sannyasin since 1982.

In 1986 started the Padma Meditation Center in Medellín, Colombia.

In 1988 translated two Osho discourses, one on celebration and one on meditation, and published them as a bilingual book called ¡Celebra! ¡Medita! (ISBN 958-9171-00-1)

In 2013 published ¡Celebra! ¡Medita! as an iBooks iPad edition (Spanish-only), available free of charge through AppleiTunes Bookstores in 32 countries
