now i can't check the contents (like many books). Though these editions of ONE publisher, they differ in the number of pages. This means that the current TOC does not correspond to the later editions, because there has page numbers. So the best way in my opinion to specify the edition (if you specify the exact page). i changed "table of contents of the 2000 edition" to "table of contents"
