- This documentary is about AIDS. Osho talks on various occasions about AIDS and the possibility of contracting the disease. Although it is printed at the beginning of the clip, the question "What can we learn from the challenge that AIDS is giving us?" is not actually recorded live.
- The video also includes what could be considered an official statement of Sannyasins' handling of the AIDS threat. Osho at last delivers a suitable joke.
