- This film serves as a welcoming introduction to Osho Commune International, Poona, in the 1990s.
- The video opens with an introduction that includes a tour of the commune’s amenities, including the post office and a shop with daily necessities. It demonstrates and explains the Osho Plaza, offers safety tips and shows the place in the commune to purchase robes, encourages commune participation in events and therapeutic groups, and introduces Osho Meditations, particularly Dynamic Meditation and its phases.
