This book is something akin to Osho Dhyan Yog (ओशो ध्यान योग) where Sannyasins/Editors have freely compiled Dhyan (meditation) techniques. The first page has 1. સક્રિય ધ્યાન akin to सक्रिय ध्यान and back cover says the meditation is a "no-mind" status. The full copy might be helpful in uncovering some origins but I feel that most text might be editor's own words. Regards,-Nizil (talk) |

Origin
This book is something akin to Osho Dhyan Yog (ओशो ध्यान योग) where Sannyasins/Editors have freely compiled Dhyan (meditation) techniques. The first page has 1. સક્રિય ધ્યાન akin to सक्रिय ध्यान and back cover says the meditation is a "no-mind" status. The full copy might be helpful in uncovering some origins but I feel that most text might be editor's own words. Regards,-Nizil (talk)
