This is one of hundreds of letters Osho wrote to Ma Anandmayee, then known as Madan Kunwar Parakh. It was written on 22nd November 1963. The letterhead has "Acharya Rajneesh" in a large, messy font to the left of and oriented 90º to the rest, which reads:

Osho's salutation in this letter is "प्रिय मां", Priya Maan, Dear Mom. Of the hand-written marks seen in other letters, only a red tick mark is seen up top, with no numbers. This is the first letter found among those to Anandmayee that is typed rather than handwritten, and it comes in two colours, ie with three sentences in red.
The letter has been published, in Bhavna Ke Bhojpatron Par Osho (भावना के भोजपत्रों पर ओशो) on p 246. The date is given there as Nov 29, but Osho has typed 22. It is the same letter. We are awaiting a transcription and translation.
