इसलिए यह सवाल नहीं है कि कौन देश श्रेष्ठ है और कौन देश अश्रेष्ठ है? सवाल यह है कि किस देश में अधिकतम श्रेष्ठ लोगों का निवास है और किस दिश में अधिकतम निकृष्ट लोगों का निवास है। भारत में दोनों मौजूद हैं।"—ओशो
