An early follower of Osho from Rajkot, Gujarat, India. He had published several translations of Osho's discourses in Gujarati in 1960s and 1970s as a member of Jivan Jagruti Kendra and from his publication house R. Ambani & Co..

His wife Sushila Rajanikant Ambani (Ma Yoga Sushila) was also publisher of some of translations as well. She published under Suniti Prakashan.
