Letterhead is Rajneesh Foundation letterhead from Pune. It reads:
- rajneesh foundation (in lower-case Roman letters with an upper line to invoke Devanagari script)
- Shree Rajneesh Ashram, 17, Koregaon Park, Poona 411 001, Tel. No. 28127
It is signed in Pune May 21 1976. It is the name-paper of Sw Amrit Bodhidharma, formerly Sadhu Amrita Bodhidharma, though Osho always called him by his old name, Punglia ji. The photo, presumably of the occasion, has been fit onto the name-paper, obscuring only the space that is normally there.
