So the first translation was probably in Compassion and Revolution. But this chapter seems to have been partially translated in the earlier Dynamics of Meditation (1973) #Appendix 3: "Excerpt from a discourse by Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh on November 25, 1969 in Bombay, India. Translated from the Hindi by Sw Krishna Kabeer." Chapter title: "Experiments to Relax the Mind".
