There are of course more chapters in the presumed English original, thirty in fact. How they map onto the nine in this much shorter book has yet to be determined. First, a TOC.

It is tempting to do some guesswork regarding these chapters, so here we go. Assuming whole chapters are translated as such ...
Searching for titles resembling each other between this short translation and the 30-chapter English original does not lead to much. But the first Hindi chapter (H-1) and the first English (E-1) have some decent resonance: E-1 is the only chapter where he talks at length about this mantra Om Mani Padme Hum, a theme certainly suggested by H-1.
And word searches in the CD-ROM can suggest a thing or two, eg a search for "cross" and "guitar" finds this at the end of E-22: "I want to change every cross into a guitar", more or less the meaning of the title of H-5. Looks good to me.
And crawling through the book looking for "Buddha*", ie any word that begins with b-u-d-d-h-a, finds a good concentration of material on the theme suggested by H-9's title, "Don't set any conditions for buddhahood", in E-17.
