- notes
- Osho is said to have spoken on two different Indian poet-mystics named Dariya. This book, Ami Jharat, is said to be about the Rajasthani Dariya born in 1676 in Marwar. Very little is known about him. Osho also talked about him in Kano Suni So Jhooth Sab (कानों सुनी सो झूठ सब), about a year and a half earlier.
- The "other" Dariya, a major 18th c Bihari poet and mystic aka Dariyadas, Sant Dariya Saheb, etc, is said to have composed over 15000 verses. Osho talked on that Dariya in Dariya Kahai Sabda Nirbana (दरिया कहै सब्द निरबाना), just a month and a half before the talks for Ami Jharat.
- See discussion for a TOC and more.
