This is the music for the Chakra Breathing Meditation.
The Audio tape MC has two tracks on side one: instructions for the meditation, followed by the music for the meditation.
On side two there is the same music for the meditation, but without spoken instructions.
The CD's have the same music (without instructions), followed by the silent stage.
