Dancing on the Edge of the World

This was my first major album, released in 1987 on the Windham Hill Jazz label. Produced by the steel drum virtuoso Andy Narell and myself, this album features Steve Smith and Will Kennedy on drums, Zakir Hussain on tablas, Keith Jones on bass, Tony Pagano on flute, Norbert Stachel on saxophone. Dancing on the Edge of the World received consistent airplay for over 5 years on the "wave" radio stations around the world, climbed to the Top Ten contemporary Jazz Billboard airplay charts, and received critical acclaim internationally.
