- notes
- It cannot be said with any certainty, but this book appears to be at least somewhat based on the series of letters compiled in What Is Meditation?. Since those letters can all be found in A Cup of Tea, with not very many resembling the format and theme of this book, other, additional sources are likely.
- An extra complication is that the title (inevitably?) has been used before for an earlier book, Dhyan Kya Hai? (ध्यान क्या है?), with which this book was previously conflated. See discussion for an attempt to sort all this out.
