Title roughly means, "Gandhism, one more analysis."

This book is the second and smallest volume of a three-volume series named for the last and largest of the three volumes. They are:

• Aswikriti Mein Utha Haath (अस्वीकृति में उठा हाथ), ch 1-8 of the 30-chapter whole series
• Gandhiwaad Ek Aur Sameeksha (गांधीवाद एक ओर समीक्षा), ch 9-11
• Dekh Kabira Roya (देख कबीरा रोया), ch 12-30

It is not certain whether it has been published, but hints from Dekh's e-book suggest that it has been, as part of the whole three-vols-in-one thingie. It is available in audio form, and at least some of it is in that e-book. See discussion for more on that.
