Origin of the book not known, ie whether talks or just written, but the Motilal Banarsidass edition is available in TIFF form at Digital Library of India. Sushma Sahitya, the second edition publisher, was one of Osho's favourite bookshops in Jabalpur.
See discussion for an image TOC from a peek inside the book at DLI and a chapter-by-chapter survey. The twelve apparent chapters in the image TOC include the preface. Four of the chapters have been recycled in/from other books. The remaining seven chapters are deemed original.
Chapter 3 and 4 later published in complete form as ch.8 and 3 (of 12) of Jeevan Rahasya (जीवन रहस्य) respectively.
