Leela was a Pune One energy / therapy group led by Somendra. The Community to Provoke God brochure offered this as a brief description:

Leela means play and this group deals with the natural flow and play of energy in each individual. Techniques and intuition are used to free energy that has become blocked in the body and participants are helped to experience themselves as energy phenomena. In this way it is possible to jump beyond the limits of the personality and ego rather than work through them.

According to the groups timeline chart in The Sound of Running Water, Leela was offered from Mar 1977 to Mar 1978, TSORW's cut-off date. It continued to be offered, as far as we know, until Jun 1981, when Osho left for the States, and possibly a little afterward.
