मनुष्य का सबसे बड़ा आविष्कार है : यह जानना कि ‘वह’ नहीं है! ‘मैं’ नहीं है : यह बोध सबसे बड़ा ज्ञान है। यह खोना दीखता है पर यही वास्तविक और एकमात्र पाना है। | |||
‘मैं’ समस्त आकांक्षा-वासना का मूल है। वह संसार है। वही ‘मोक्ष’, ‘निर्वाण’ और ‘ब्रह्म’ पाने के पीछे भी होता है! और यहीं भूल हो जाती है। ‘मैं’ सत्य को नहीं पासकता है। वरन् वही रुकावट है। उसका न होना मोक्ष है, निर्वाण है। उसे न भी नहीं किया जासकता है। कौन उसे न करेगा? क्या वही? फिर तो न करने में भी वही पुष्ट होता है। वह जीत भी उसी की जीत है। इसलिए, अहं-शून्यता लाई नहीं जासकती है। उस दिशा में सब लाना – सब पाना – सब पैदा करना – आत्म वंचना है। अहं शून्यता आती है। ‘मैं’ के प्रति जागरण से – ‘मैं’ के सूक्ष्म मार्गों से परिचित होने से – होश से वह आती है। ‘मैं’ को देखने से – दैनंदिन कार्यो में, इच्छाओं में, प्रतिक्रियाओं में, समस्त कार्यो में – व्यापारों में उसके प्रति विवेक-जागरण से वह गलता और गिर जाता है। उसकी सत्ता नहीं है यह दीख जाता है। यह स्थिति सबसे बड़ा उद्घाटन है। यह धार्मिक क्रांति है। ‘मैं’ से छलांग सत्ता में उतरना है। | |||
इसलिए, धर्म के जगत् में कुछ पाने जैसा नहीं है। सीधा खींच लाने जैसा वहां कुछ भी नहीं है। क्योंकि वहां ‘मैं’ और उसके आक्रमण की कोई संभावना नहीं है। | |||
‘मैं’ जब नहीं होता है तब ‘जो है’ वह उस उस रिक्ताता में अपने आप उतर आता है। | |||
