Letterhead reads (in Devanagari):

Acharya Rajneesh [larger and messier and to the right of and above the rest below]
Darshan Vibhag [Department of Philosophy]
Mahakoshal Kala Mahavidyalaya [Mahakoshal Arts University]
115, Napier Town
Jabalpur (M.P.)

It is dated 26th May 1963 and signed with "Rajneesh ke pranaam". It is not known to have been previously published.

The recipient's name is possibly "Manubhai", last name beginning with "Desh" (we are awaiting resolution of legibility issues). Osho appears to have written an earlier letter to him on the same stationery. We are awaiting transcription and translation.
