Letterhead reads:
Acharya Rajneesh
115, Napier Town, Jabalpur (M.P.)
It is dated 28th September 1963 and signed with "Rajneesh ke pranaam". It is not known to have been previously published.
The recipient's name is possibly "Rajendranath", last name Tripathi, in Nagpur (we are awaiting resolution of legibility issues). We are also awaiting transcription and translation. The envelope belonging to the letter is underneath.
