The letter is dated 2nd December 1966, recipient is unknown, the salutation a non-specific "My Beloved". It is not known to have been previously published.

The more-or-less PS at the bottom after his signature appears to be information about an upcoming meditation camp on 26-28 December in Chikhaldara, in Amravati district. We are awaiting transcription and translation.
