- ओशो द्वारा अलग अलग ध्यान साधना शिविरों में दिए गए तेरह अमृत प्रवचनों एवं ध्यान प्रयोगों का अपूर्व संकलन।
- "अंधेरा हटाना हो, तो प्रकाश लाना होता है। और मन को हटाना हो, तो ध्यान लाना होता है। मन को नियंत्रित नहीं करना है, वरन जानना है कि वह है ही नहीं। यह जानते ही उससे मुक्ति हो जाती है।
- यह जानना साक्षी चैतन्य से होता है। मन के साक्षी बनें। जो है, उसके साक्षी बनें। कैसे होना चाहिए, इसकी चिंता छोड़ दें। जो है, जैसा है, उसके प्रति जागें, जागरूक हों। कोई निर्णय न लें, कोई नियंत्रण न करें, किसी संघर्ष में न पड़ें। बस, मौन होकर देखें। देखना ही, यह साक्षी होना ही मुक्ति बन जाता है।
- साक्षी बनते ही चेतना दृश्य को छोड़ द्रष्टा पर स्थिर हो जाती है। इस स्थिति में अकंप प्रज्ञा की ज्योति उपलब्ध होती है। और यही ज्योति मुक्ति है।"
