Sammasati (group)

Sammasati was a group of unknown type in Pune One, possibly a meditation group. "Sammasati " means "right remembering". Nothing is known about it from any reports or writings. We know of the group's existence solely from a couple of mentions in The Madman's Guide to Enlightenment, from which we can gather that it was offered at least in Jun 1978. One of those mentions includes the group-leader's name, Nirgrantha, an American. It is spelled two ways in Madman's Guide; "Samasatti" can be considered erroneous.
