I have found no match so far. Is it a letter to Ajit Kumar Jain? or Some other Ajit? Please if TOC of the book is unclear or we have incomplete info on it: do not fill TOC section. It is not nice to state known info and ignore unknown info: you didn't mentione ch.1 with talk(s), which are uncertain for now.
