Other clue is found in next letter to Maitreya, [[Letter written on 20 Feb 1969]], where given dates of Osho's talks in Patna: 29 March - 1 April 1969. | |||
According PS of current letter the alternative of Patna trip is invitation of Maitreya for Jabalpur on Dec or Jan. So date should be in November or earlier.--DhyanAntar 16:24, 12 September 2020 (UTC) | |||

The back side of the letter is a PS which makes reference to March and December, putting it possibly in Jan or Feb of some year. Not necessarily helpful but may point somewhere if some known event is mentioned.
And the range of possibilities for the year can (likely) be narrowed somewhat with the letterhead. He stayed in Kamala Nehru Nagar for only about two years, from some time in 1968 till he left for Mumbai in mid-1970.
