This letter is one of a remarkable series of over 2650 letters amassed in 1983 to support Osho's attempt to get permanent resident status in the US at the time of the Oregon ranch. The image is reproduced here with the kind permission of The Oregon Historical Society.  Duty Frees Stores Limited Officer-In-Charge, Dear Sir, I am the Company Secretary and a Rotarian "Paul Harris Follow". We operate the Duty free Stores at Moi International Airport and Kilidini Port. I have, through Mombasa Centre, come to know Bhagwan, I have read his quite a few books and heard numerous Tapes. Though I am not a Sanyasi, but I have through the books and tapes come quite nearer to Bhagwan. After reading Bhagwan’s Books and listening to his tapes, it nas given me alot of peace of mind and more Power to think and make decisions in the right manner. As a ROtarian I feel that Bhagwan's stay in U.S.A. spiritually would be as important as "Rotary" in serving mankind. We trust that the U.S.A.
