This letter is one of a remarkable series of over 2650 letters amassed in 1983 to support Osho's attempt to get permanent resident status in the US at the time of the Oregon ranch. The image is reproduced here with the kind permission of The Oregon Historical Society. Information about their collection of these letters and other supporting material -- the "Jeffrey Noles Rajneesh Collection", named for Osho's immigration lawyer Jeffrey Noles, who compiled them in 1983 and donated them to the OHS -- can be found at this page. The wiki is grateful to the OHS for making access available for these documents. For more information and links to all the letters, see Testimonial letters.

This letter is from Gisela Dietsche. It is "Exhibit A-2199" in the Noles collection.

To whom it may concern,

I am a socialworker and work many years with young people, they have their special problems with parents, the older generation etc.

The method to help them is to see and understand their problems with parents, the older generation etc.

The method to help them is to see and understand their problems and to find a way with them.

Since I came in contact with the teachings of Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh already years ago by his books, Ifound a new way to help the kids.

During the years for me it got evident that Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh is one of the greatest teachers about the problems all my young people have. Without this contributions the socialsciences would not be on this high standard.

Without his teachings the modern socialsciences would miss very important parts. So for me Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh is important and i would never to miss his teachings and books.
