The image is reproduced here with the kind permission of The Oregon Historical Society. Information about their collection of these letters and other supporting material -- the "Jeffrey Noles Rajneesh Collection", named for Osho's immigration lawyer Jeffrey Noles, who compiled them in 1983 and donated them to the OHS -- can be found at this page. The wiki is grateful to the OHS for making access available for these documents. For more information and links to all the letters, see Testimonial letters.

To whom it may concern

I'm a sannyasin now for almost 6 years, and these were the best years I had so far. I was born 1951 in Paris, daughter of 2 Polish Jewish immigrants. My parents always gave me the. best they could. I went to High School, then they sent me to two finishing schools, one in England and one tn Switzerland. I attended a foreign correspondent school for English and French, worked for the Rhein Main Airport tn Frankfort, Germany tn public relations. 1972 I Immigrated to Israel, went to a Hotel Training School, worked in the 5 star Hotel Plaza in Tel Aviv as a receptionist and in 1975 I worked as a ground hostess far El Al Israel Airline at Ben Gurion Airport.

1976 I travelled around the world looking and searching for an enlightened Master. 1977 I landed in London and there I first contacted disciples of Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh. These happy orange-clad people attracted me so much that I went to the nearest Center to Inquire more about this Master Bhagwan. I listened to his tapes, read his books, did all his meditations, and something inside me was struck. I took the next plane and flew to Poona, India.

The first time I saw Him I felt this is an enlightened Master. I reached home. All his discourses which I attended regularly moved me in my deepest core. Ever since then my life has changed totally from a very restless, nervous, unhappy person to a beautiful, happy and loving woman.

1982 I came to the USA to attend the First Annual World Celebration in Rajneeshpuram, and I was just overwhelmed. Especially the Satsangs (the silent heart to heart communications) in the mornings, with Bhagwan sitting in silence and transforming me. Through him I feel so peaceful and loving. This year again I came to Rancho Rajneesh to attend the Festival, to take the rare opportunity to be in the presence of an enlightened Master.

The Ranch is an extraordinary place, where so much inner growth is happening through Bhagwan. Not only here in Rajneeshpuram His presence is felt so strongly by me, no matter where I am, when I close my eyes and go inside, this exquisite sweetness and light arises in me. His silence is divine and I'm grateful to live in His presence.

Sincerely yours
