This letter is one of a remarkable series of over 2650 letters amassed in 1983 to support Osho's attempt to get permanent resident status in the US at the time of the Oregon ranch. The image is reproduced here with the kind permission of The Oregon Historical Society.  Christiane Ma(?)s To whom it may concern My Sannyas name is Ma Deva Nimitta. Since I am with Bhagwan really everything of myself and my life has changed and I-d like to share it with you. I am working as an occupational therapist in a geriatric hospital in Vienna and comparted to my work before I have been a Sannyasin, now everything is easy going and very often I can share the love with the patients. What I feel from the Buddhafield is getting a support in my awareness. And always, when I am unaware, being idetified with my dreams and shoulds, working is a must and not flowing. So for me now feeling happy and joyous is beeing connected with Bhagwan's enengy, and being miserable and heavy always shows me that I am not here now, but somewhere in the past or future. I could participate in the wonderful Festival in Oregon in July. I have been there only for 8 days but it is unbelievable how much love I got. So many people have been thereand it was so peaceful, so loving and caring. And we really could take the energy back home and share it with whoever is avalable. Here in Vienna we have also a center. Pradeep. We have dayly meditation programs, and every day a special evening evenr, such as music group. disco, video. satsang -the silent heart to heart cummunion with our master. There is also a Tea Room, where we all can meet in the evening and also many other friends, who are not Sannyasins. Especially since the Festival a lot of new people are comming, and it is always nice to share with other people. It is never easy to put in words how one feels connected with a living master as his energy is so pure, so loving. We are blessed for having Him and everyone is welcomed io join the dance. with much love and much fun |
