This letter is one of a remarkable series of over 2650 letters amassed in 1983 to support Osho's attempt to get permanent resident status in the US at the time of the Oregon ranch. The image is reproduced here with the kind permission of The Oregon Historical Society.  Ma Deva Parjata Currently visiting Rajneeshpuram to participate in the Rajneesh Rebalancing Course at the Rajneesh International Meditation University. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I am 29 years of age, attained university licence, did a few jobs, studied sociology in Berlin for two years and then started travelling Europe, Asia and Africa to find out more about the world and myself. I came to meet Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh in March 1978 in India and became one of his disciples. By worshipping in His commune helping in the food area (kitchen, restaurant) in India for more than two years, I came to know Him as a person of exceptional abilities in arts and sciences. He influenced people to live life in a more loving, caring and happy way, falling tune with His presence, and using various therapeutic scientific methods. His creativity affects musicians, architects and painters, cooks and doctors to create greater art and science by listening to His tapes, reading His books or just staying in His living presence. His appraoch to creating a "new man” living in harmony with nature and with himself and each other using his full potential of energy is the greatest science and art I ever came across. Just be driving by in a car each day, He influences people to let go of negativity and have great stamina to create a Commune around him full of love, life and laughter.
