Testimonial letter from Mansur Mukadam and Mradula Mukadam

This letter is one of a remarkable series of over 2650 letters amassed in 1983 to support Osho's attempt to get permanent resident status in the US at the time of the Oregon ranch. The image is reproduced here with the kind permission of The Oregon Historical Society. MR. & MRS MUKADAM P.O. BOX 81013 MOMBASA. 12th July 1983. To, The Officer in Charge, Visa Section, Immigration Dept. of U.S.A. I am a dental Surgeon living in the town of Mombasa, Kenya. I qualified in the year 1974, have practised in various places in the United Kingdom . I have been practising for 5 years in Mombasa. During this period I came across the Rajnesh foundation in Mombasa. I am not his follower or a disciple but have had the pleasure of reading a number of his books & listened to various lectures on tapes. Both my husband (Mechanical Engineer by proffession) & myself have seeked a keen interest in gaining wide knowledge in various religion of the world & listening to. Bhagwan Shree Rajnesh seems to have opened a wider and a broader insight to a number of important points in the path of spiritual knowledge. He has helped in increasing the awareness in much complicated fields such as various techniques of Meditation. Which contribute & give a large Benifit to all types of mankind. He makes a good International Priest & his reachings have much to offer to in general to the whole of Human Race. His presence spreads a spiritual fragrance to all.
