This letter is one of a remarkable series of over 2650 letters amassed in 1983 to support Osho's attempt to get permanent resident status in the US at the time of the Oregon ranch. The image is reproduced here with the kind permission of The Oregon Historical Society.  August 4th, 1983. To Whom it May Concern, I became a disciple of Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh on the 18th of June, 1982. I decieded to become His disciple after experiencing His meditation technique’s. I felt that I had discovered the light of my life. This light is becoming brighter day by day. He taught me that this light has been hidden deep within me. Bhagwan's ultimate message is beyond words. I think that He is imparting the final stage of His teachings through His silence, right now. His message is most important and very delicate. Sincerely |
